A 19th century carved ivory and oak cane with the head of a tiger
[unsigned], the head carved from polished ivory in the form of a tiger's head with open mouth, glass eyes, painted stripes and inlaid brass nose. With a sterling collar inscribed "From J.D. to W.M.R./Paris, 1889", and a brass tip.
