Tasting Note: A dozen notes. Two recent, each within a month of each other at my so-called masterclasses. The first at Cordeillon-Bages, Pauillac, the second at the luxurious medieval Ch de Bagnols in Beaujolais. Both bottles from the château, one disastrously corked, the other sweet with rich fruit; soft, a rather hefty '85, though, well balanced. Delicious. Last tasted Sept 1998.
