A Japanese ivory okimono of the Shichifukujin in the takarabune, 19th Century
the seven immortal figures carved tightly packed into the treasure ship, the bow taking the form of a dragon head moving through the foaming waves below, red lacquer signtaure tablet; and a marine ivory okimono of immortals seated on shishi lion and dragon steads below a large pine tree, signed Gyokubun to base - 3 5/8in. (9.2cm.) high max. (2)
