Two Higo Tsuba

The first an iron ishime-ji diamond-shaped plate banded with a silver rim and decorated with flower-blossom family crests in silver nunome and scrolling vines in inlaid silver wire, the large hitsu-ana stylized namako in typical Higo style; the second an iron tsuchime-ji sukashi tsuba with a negative design of cloud-pattern tomoe and decorated with florets and tendrils in silver and gold nunome, rounded-square rim
