IN THE 16TH CENTURY STYLE, 19TH CENTURY, THE TOP ADAPTED
The rectangular carved, moulded hinged top above a profusely carved panel centred by mythical serpents and grotesque birds flanked by panels of youths, the corner borders varved with shell medallions and foliage, on black feet, the interior witha label 'Carew-Shaw Collection'
