Very finely modeled with ovoid face and gently rounded chin, large almond-shaped eyes beneath arched brows, her hair arranged in wavy locks and secured by a headband, the face with a smooth surface, the details outlined in red pigment

Lot Essay

The face is exquisitely modeled and displays an unusual detail of red spots painted on the cheeks and chin in addition to the red outline.
