one carved as a seated scholar holding a ruyi-sceptre in one hand, wood stand -- 2 1/8in. (5.4cm.) high; the other finely carved and pierced with a bearded immortal and a female attendant carrying a basket, both within a treeboat above swirling waves, wood stand -- 1 7/8in. (4.8cm.) high. (2)
