The circular galleried top inset with a nashiji lacquer panel depicting a single bird over a panelled frieze with a drawer, over a conforming undertier, on slightly cabriole legs ending in foliate-cast sabots, stamped 'L. BOUDIN' and 'JME', the interior of the drawer with inventory number in ink '7247' and also inscribed twice in ink on labels, stamped to underside of case
