The hood with a central floral and c-scroll cast spray above a waisted case with with glazed door and sides and opening to a circular white and blue enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic chapters and signed 'PIERRE LE ROY A PARIS' and the backplate to works engraved 'Pierre Le Roy A Paris', the tapering bracket similarly decorated, mounts re-gilt
