A GEORGE II SILVER CREAM JUG,
MARK OF HENRY HAYENS, LONDON, 1753,
Baluster form on lozenge-shaped foot, leaf-capped handle, front engraved with demi-goat rampant issuing from a coronet, rococo decoration around lip, each side with a chased panel, one depicting a pair of swans between overhanging trees, the other with a spaniel chasing a swan in flight, a bridge & water behind, 4¼ in. high (11 cm.), 4.25 oz.
