Maker's mark only, PQW in rectangular cartouche struck twice, probably Danish, circa 1760
Scroll shaped, chased with scrolls, shells, foliage and fruits, the hinged cover set with a paste and engraved with the initials 'MC ND' and pricked 'CCKK', the base with snuff compartment, marked inside cover second compartment
