Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg, period of Nicholas I
Circular, the centers painted with stylized undulating foliage with blue flowerheads, around a red rosette, on black gound with leaf-tip border, surrounded by green palmette motifs at intervals, on ciselé gilt ground, the gilt rim painted in red and green to simulate jewels, marked under bases with blue cipher
