Circular, the center painted with a portrait of General Prince Demetrius Galitzine, the rim with gilt ciselé Imperial eagles and a shako over crossed swords and foliate sprays on a gilt ground, signed in Cyrillic 'A. Morozov' and marked under base with blue and green ciphers

Further details
The Galitzines are one of the largest and noblest princely houses of Russia. Prince Dmitrii Vladimirovich (1771-1844) fought bravely during the Napoleonic wars, was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General and governed Moscow for twenty-five years.
