A cloisonne enamel vase, Meiping
Ming dynasty, 16th/17th century
Surmounted by a short neck decorated with a band of flowers above a blue-lappet border, the swelling body with a classic lotus flower and scrolling foliage design against a turquoise ground, all above a petal border
