The brown-spotted female cat seated with two kittens above, two kittens below and two crouching beneath her legs; and another turquoise glazed composition amulet of three cats seated on a rectangular base drilled with six holes, Ptolemaic Period, circa 3rd-1st Century B.C., both mounted
2¼ in. (5.7 cm.) high and 1¾ in. (4.5 cm.) long respectively (2)

Item two: acquired on the London art market in the late 1970s/early 1980s.
