AN EGYPTIAN 'EGG SHELL' PALE GREEN GLAZED COMPOSITION BOWL
CIRCA 6TH CENTURY B.C.
Pierced twice on each side, 2¼ in. (5.7 cm.) diam; a similar shallow bowl, circa 4th-1st Century B.C., 7/8 in. (2.3 cm.) high; and a glassy faience lotiform handle fragment, Third Intermediate Period, 1080-712 B.C., 3½ in. (8.9 cm.) long (3)
Provenance
In the collection of the present owner's grandfather, Jakob Koller, who lived in Egypt in the late 19th and early 20th Century.
