Designed as a polished 18k gold rectangular case decorated with an overall floral pattern in cloisonné white enamel, the sides with oval-shaped pavé-set diamond plaques and hidden pushpiece, opening to reveal a fitted mirror and a closed and open compartment, mounted in 18k gold, circa 1930, 3 x 2 x 3/8 ins., with French assay marks
