Gouache on paper, Abbas Mirza stands left hand on hip, with his head inclined towards the right, wearing a tall black hat, light blue robe, and belt with boteh motif, with silver dagger tucked into belt, within gold and polychrome floral border, laid down on buff card within blue and black rule, with identification inscription to the left-hand side of the portrait and artist's signature and date to the bottom right, minor damages not affecting the portrait itself
