The central rectangular emerald on a raised roundel surrounded by inset smaller stones, within a wide surround of scrolling wire-work enclosing panels of red, blue and green enamelling, the reverse plain, later attachment loop above, supported on multiple strands of seed-pearls linked through a cabochon emerald
