lithograph in colors, 1893, on wove paper, Wittrock's only state, signed in pencil, numbered 'No 82' (the edition was 100, there are also a few known proofs with different color stones), printed by Ancourt, published by Journal des artistes (André Marty) with the L'estampe originale blindstamp (L. 819), with wide margins (the lower edge slightly trimmed), the usual central vertical fold (as issued) (partially touched in), occasional very minor surface soiling in the margins, a 1-mm. loss at the lower sheet edge in the subject's coat, otherwise in good condition, framed
