Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with applied gold hour markers in 1953 and its subsequent sale on 24 May 1954.

Reference 533 was introduced into the market in 1937 and is distinguished by the elegant look of its Calatrava case with the typical flat bezel. This model was in production until 1956.
