a painted wood dolls' mansion of three bays and two stories with bays flanking the porticoed front door, a balconied French window above and widow's walks on the twin pitched rooves, opening at the front to reveal four rooms with staircase, hall, landing, fireplaces, doors, kitchen dresser, furniture and chattels including a mangle, an early bisque seated child, a brass radiator, a wood sweep, three mantle clocks and cream furniture, circa 1909 --36in. (91cm.) high, 33½in. (85cm.) wide and 20in. (51cm.) deep (restored, repainted and roof paper covered)
