The funnel bowl inscribed 'T Welvaren Van de Absente Vrienden 1682 'to the prosperity of the absent friends', above a seated gentleman toasting to another gentleman, set on a merese and hollow inverted baluster section, conical folded foot engraved with flowering foliage
