The first of pale amethyst tint with the bowl enamelled with a scene of an Oriental and an European on a shore with a garden urn, a bale inscribed CDE, before vessels at sea, inscribed in Dutch Het WelVaaren van de Negotie 'to the prosperity of the trade', the knopped faceted balustroid stem on flat faceted foot, the cover with balustroid finial (chips to the foot rim), 26.7 cm; high and a pair of faceted wine-glasses with gilt rims (one with a wooden foot replacement), 17.1 cm. high
