The bell-bowl with a continuous scene of a three-masted sailing-ship with flying pennants at sail, and a peasant steering a horsedrawn plough, underneath the inscription HET LANDS WEL VAREN 'the prosperity of the country', on a multi-knopped faceted stem, conical folded foot
