Paley (signature on an endpaper) -- Melton Wold Estates (book-label in vol.II and stamped on fore-edges of vol.I) -- Quentin Keynes (1921-2003, Darwin's great-grandson; a gift to his doctor). FIRST EDITION, FIRST ISSUE though with the errata in vol.I occupying 5 lines. cf.Freeman 877.
