A RARE SMALL LACQUER AND ENAMEL BOX AND COVER
18TH CENTURY
Of flattened circular form with lipped rim, the cover inset with an enamel roundel depicting buildings in a tree-lined landscape painted in a puce colour, within a gilt metal foliate border, the lacquer decorated in a splashed bubble design
3 5/8 in. (9.2 cm.) diam.
