INCISED QIANLONG FOUR-CHARACTER MARK ABOVE AN INVENTORY MARK MO AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
Of barrel shape raised on three gilt-bronze ruyi legs, the exterior decorated with archaistic taotie masks and scrolling dragon heads on a turquoise ground below key-pattern around the base and rim, the base with three flowers around the square plaque inscribed with the mark
4 in. (10.2 cm.) diam.
