Tasting Notes: Served somewhat prematurely at dinner at the Domaine in June 1997: it was still cloudy but dry, firm, crisp and good on the palate. Three years later it had changed almost out of recognition: whiff of new oak and 'arboreal' piquancy; still distinctly dry of course. Sauvignon very apparent, attractive, acidic *** M.B.
