Original black cloth, spine and sides blocked in white, original colour dust-jacket, original cardboard slipcase, spine with printed label overlapping onto sides, original printed wraparound band. Signed by Hosoe on the endpaper. Original photograph (202 x 253mm), printed later, signed in ink in the margin, and signed and titled in pencil on the verso.
