fitted for eleven steel forceps, a toothkey and claw attachments, punch handle and attachments, tortoiseshell gum lancet and other accessories, and with maker's contents table -- 39 x 5 x 20.3 (15 3/8 x 2 x 8in.); with early 20th Century MAY OPTHALMOSCOPE IMPROVED, in case -- 17.2cm. (6¾in.) wide; and a mahogany cased bandage cutter by EVANS & WORMULL LONDON, with unassociated double-ended knife, other instruments missing -- 8 x 3.8 x 7.8cm. (11 x 1½ x 3in.)
