With border of roses, the fretwork sides embossed with laurel swags & medallions, on oval pedestal foot, 10 in. long (25 cm.), ALSO a late Victorian quatrefoil silver dish, London, 1895, with pierced fretwork sides pierced with scroll-edged heart-shaped panels & border of "C" scrolls & flower heads, on flower & scroll-pierced base, 9¾ in. long (24.5 cm.), 28.25 oz.
