with fusee movement, the springplate stamped 47, the bird with dark multicoloured plumage, moving wings, head, tailfeather and bone beak, momentarily paused birdsong, plain pierced grille bordered by plain gilt lid rim and the lid enamel with a view of a lakeside chateau with extensive mountainous landscape behind, finished with engraved decoration to top centre, in tortoiseshell case with plain central start/stop button, hinged compartment at the back and plain underside panel with semi-translucent tortoiseshell, (no key) -3¾in. (9.5cm) wide
