Depicted mummiform, brightly painted in yellow, black, red and blue, holding agricultural implements in each hand, a seed bag over the shoulders, wearing a broad collar and a tripartite wig with striped lappets, a hieroglyphic inscription in four rows across the front and a vertical column on the back with a short form of Chapter VI from the Book of the Dead, for the Osiris Pa-ahauty
