A celadon jade group of a horse and monkey, 19th/20th century
the recumbent horse with its head turned towards the back looking at the monkey climbing over its left flank with his arms stretched upwards holding the reins, the horse with a finely incised mane and tail, its legs and tail tucked under its body, the stone of a grey-celadon tone with black inclusions -- 3 1/8in. (7.8cm.) long.
