Three export painted clay figures, 19th century
with articulated arms, modelled as a fisherman, an elderly lady and a merchant, each clad in cotton or silk, the fisherman with remnants of a straw cloak carrying a fish, the lady with a bag and an opium pipe, all on a square painted wood base -- each approx. 13 3/8in. (34cm.) high. (3)
