A Famille Rose garden seat, 19th Century
of hexagonal barrel form decorated in various coloured enamels, the centre with pierced roundel designs to either side, buddhist emblems on a ground of scrolling foliage, flowers, peaches and pomegranates between similar bands of stylised lotus flowerheads and raised nodes, the seat with a single pierced roundel amidst leafy peony -- 18 7/8in. (28cm) high.
