The rectangular swing-plate between ring-turned baluster uprights with ebonised ball finials joined by a ring-turned baluster stretcher, above a bowfront base with three cedar and mahogany-lined drawers, on ebonised ball feet, the handles replaced, later decorated

Possibly Robert, 2nd Earl Grosvenor, later 1st Marquess of Westminster (cr. 13 Sept 1831) (1767-1845) and by descent.
