The rectangular swing-plate between bobbin-turned uprights joined by a baluster stretcher on downswept reeded legs with brass caps and castors, lacking finials

Possibly Robert, 2nd Earl Grosvenor, later 1st Marquess of Westminster (cr. 13 Sept 1831) (1767-1845) and by descent.
