The rounded rectangular twin-flap top with boxwood-inlaid border, above a shaped frieze fitted with two mahogany-lined drawers with convex quarter-fillets to one side, and two simulated drawers to the other, the lyre-shaped supports joined by a shelf, the downswept legs decorated with rosette paterae, with foliate-cast brass caps and castors, the twin-flaps with spring-bolt action, locks and handles original
