The central panel showing the Descent of Christ into Hell and his Resurrection from the Tomb above, the upper part shaped as an arch, depicting the Old Testament Trinity, the pinnacles of the flanking wings illustrating the Annunciation and below, the Entry into Jerusalem and the Exaltation of the True Cross at the left, corresponding to the Transfiguration and the Dormition of the Mother of God opposite, the lower part of the three wings with an inscription, finely painted in deep colours
