Lot Essay

Theodor Fabergé, (1904-1971) was the grandson of Carl Fabergé, (1846-1920). He trained with his uncles Eugene and Alexander, who after the death of Carl in 1920 operated as Fabergé & Cie in Paris. After the closure of this business Theodor moved to Switzerland and for many years worked for Gallerie Lombarde in Geneva.
