Mid-19th century
Of oval tapering form the detachable lid enclosing a tin basin, on baluster turned tapering legs, with a painted inventory mark to the underside inscribed 'P.P.S. 1045', a paper label indistinctly numbered '3..', and branded with the Savoia coat-of-arms
17½ in. (44 cm.) high; 12½ in. (32 cm.) wide; 21¾ in. (54.5 cm.) deep
