Each struck on one side with the Savoia arms below a crown and within a foliage border, the other side struck with a portrait bust of Vittorio Emanuele, King of Italy, (1820-1878); Umberto I, King of Italy, (1844-1900); Vittorio Emanuele III, King of Italy, (1900-1946) and Umberto II, King of Italy, (1904-1983), marked on front, contained in a fitted case gilt-tooled 'I Re D'Italia Coniazione Ufficiale' and stamped inside 'a cura de "La Numismatica" Milano
