LIMITED EDITION, one of 500 copies. William Thompson Walters was a well-known businessman who attained much of his wealth in the wholesale liquor trade, and his art collection, including the ceramics hightlighted in these volumes, became the basis of the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore. (10)
