ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPT ON VELLUM, 38 pages on 26 leaves, written in a fine upright semi-gothic hand in black, with 18 very fine illuminations, borders and initials, including: first title with elaborate border, half page illumination, Shelley's portrait in first initial, full-page elaborate floral border around first page of text, four illuminations, half page and smaller and 12 elaborate initials some with elaborate borders. A JEWELLED BINDING SET WITH 8 GARNETS AND MOTHER OF PEARL by Sangorski & Sutcliffe, contemporary maroon morocco, upper cover with a sunken panel, inlaid with ivory colored morocco designs, and elaborate gold tooling, around a central medallion with the initials of the author, on a heavily dotted gold ground, surrounded by a Mother-of-Pearl bands and 8 small Garnets, the outer border of an intricate design of interlaced strapwork of black, green and brown morocco, strapwork turn-ins and green morocco doublures, silk linings; morocco solander case.

A MASTERPIECE OF BINDING, AND A VERY FINE MANUSCRIPT. The colophon statement reads: "This copy of the Poems was Especially written out illuminated and bound by hand and will not be duplicated. The Grolier Society London, Secretary [signed] M.P. Mills.
