In the Neo Rococo Revival style, inspired by 18th century Meissen examples, gilt and painted in colours, the flower-encrusted body composed of a central column upholding a pendentif, the upper tier with three branches, the lower tier with six branches with six pendentifs, with domed 'plaffonière' segment, with trompe l'oeil glass 'candles', (fitted for electricity)
