A ROUEN OBLONG OCTAGONAL TWO-HANDLED DISH
CIRCA 1740-1750, BLUE L MARK
The centre painted with a basket of flowers, the blue border with flowers and foliage reserved with four panels of trailing flowers and two trefoil shaped panels of diaper ornament within a gadrooned red and green border, the exterior with pendant lappets and swags of flowers (restored crack from above handle towards the footrim and across the upper part of the base)
