A Steiff teddy bear
with blonde mohair, black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped muzzle, remains of black stitched nose and claws, swivel head, jointed elongated limbs with felt pads, hump and FF button in ear, circa 1909 --9¾in. (25cm.) high (balding to left hand and front, general wear and thinning, three pads recovered and one stain to top of left arm)

Provenance
This was the childhood bear of Elly Itzinger from Leipzig, she was born in 1905 and died in 2002.
