in black anondized steel, the arc divided in 5o intervals from -5o -- 145o and the arm with fine degree adjuster and spring lock, with four sun filters, scope lens, on three brass feet with a mahogany handle. With adjustmant tools and spare mirrors. Signed on the arm: U.S. Navy, BU.NAV., Mark II/N 402 -- 1939/David White Co. Milwaukee, Wis. In a fitted mahogany square box.
